We are based in the Charlotte, NC area, but we travel often to all areas of the Carolinas- especially Asheville, Boone, Raleigh/triangle area, and Greensboro. We love shooting in different locations, and we especially love the vibe of destination weddings. We also welcome inquiries for weddings outside of the Carolinas!
*What does your pricing include?

*Are there any fees or charges for rights to photos? How do we access them after the wedding?
There are absolutely no hidden costs or print purchase requirements- everything is included in the booking fee. All sessions and weddings are uploaded to a password protected gallery and can be downloaded either as a full gallery or as individual images (which makes sharing photos with friends and family after the wedding really easy!).
*Can we send you our Pinterest board/this shot list we found?
We realize this may initially come across as harsh… but, no. We don’t accept shot lists or Pinterest board invitations. We do want to reassure you that we capture every single detail we come across and every important moment of the day (don’t just take our word for it- ask us to see some full weddings we’ve shot). Shot lists and Pinterest boards only serve to preoccupy us with someone else’s wedding imagery, and we want to be exclusively focused on the event unfolding before us rather than recreating someone else’s event. We are able to do our very best work when our clients put their trust in us, and we only want to deliver our very best.
*We keep seeing this term, “pre-wedding session.” What the heck is that?
This is what we like to call our engagement sessions. The wedding industry has put a lot of stigma around engagement photos, and our pre-wedding shoots are our way of distancing from the kitschy close-up shots of engagement rings and kiss shots. We love to use the pre-wedding sessions as an opportunity to get to know our clients better and to photograph them in places that are meaningful to their relationship.
*How far in advance should we contact you about wedding photography?
Most clients book us 10-14 months before the wedding date. For Friday and Sunday weddings, booking closer to the date is usually not an issue. The most popular times of year for weddings are March-June and September-November, so if you’re planning a wedding during those time frames we recommend contacting us sooner than later.

*How do we go about booking you?
Once you send your initial email and confirm availability, the next step is to meet in person or over Skype/phone. We will email some full wedding galleries to you, and we’ll send a contract prior to our meeting so you have plenty of time to pour over everything. We are big on transparency and will make sure every single question you have is answered before you make a decision about booking.
*Do you offer wedding videography?
Yes! We offer wedding short films that capture the highlights of your day in moving memory. Our films are 3-5 minute music videos that encapsulate the story and atmosphere of your wedding. Read more in-depth about them on our pricing page and in our detailed price guide.
