We are based in the Charlotte, NC area, but we travel often to all areas of the Carolinas- especially Asheville, Boone, Raleigh/Durham, and Greensboro. We love shooting in different locations, and we especially love the vibe of destination weddings. We also welcome inquiries for weddings outside of the Carolinas!
*What does your pricing include?

*Are there any fees or charges for rights to photos? How do we access them after the wedding?
There are absolutely no hidden costs or print purchase requirements- everything is included in the booking fee. All sessions and weddings are uploaded to a password protected gallery with digital download access (which makes sharing photos with friends and family after the wedding really easy!).
*I’m a Type-A person. Can I send you a ten page Word document with my photo requests?
Let us put your mind at ease, friend. We’re very involved in the planning process and will make sure we capture all the special sauce that makes your wedding rock. We’ll send you a family photo planner along with a general questionnaire once we’re closer to the wedding date so we’re in the know about your schedule. All the big and little details of your day will be thoroughly documented. However, we do like to have a head’s up about parent first looks, special details that may not be immediately obvious to us (or have an amazing backstory), and surprises that you have planned throughout the day. So hold off on that Word doc and we’ll tackle this planning thing together when the time comes!
*How many weddings have you shot?
We’ve clocked in over 250 weddings (!!) since starting our business in 2012. While we enjoyed having lots of amazing weddings over the past several years, we have decided to cap our bookings at 35 per year starting in 2019. This is to ensure that we can give each client the attention to detail they deserve and keep ourselves from becoming editing hermits during the busiest months of the year (we like to get fresh air from time to time too).

*How do we go about booking you?
Once you send your initial email and confirm availability, the next step is to schedule a chat. You’ll receive some full wedding galleries to view, an online scheduler for our talk, and a contract to read before we move forward. We are big on transparency and will make sure every single question you have is answered before you make a decision about booking.
*Do you offer wedding videography?
Yes! We offer wedding short films that capture the highlights of your day in moving memory (think moving photos like in Harry Potter). Our films are 3-5 minute music videos that encapsulate the story and atmosphere of your wedding. Read more in-depth about them on our pricing page and in our detailed price guide.
